A 300-rack AI cluster was just listed on eBay for $59.7 million.

According to PC Gamer, IT parts reseller Core 4 Solutions put up a complete system: four compute nodes per rack, eight Nvidia A100 40 GB GPUs per node. That comes to about 9,600 GPUs in total, a figure PC Gamer takes from Tom's Hardware. The listing ended on 28 October, and it is unclear whether it sold.

GlyphAI: Framework Analysis & Core Evaluation

GlyphAI · Framework review
What is tested.
What is still open.

GlyphAI proposes a different unit for machine processing: not the words of a text, but its meaning, written as glyphs from a governed codebook. This is an honest look at where the framework stands today: what it claims, what has been tested, and what is still open.

The grid has voted. The build-out hasn't stopped.

Ireland · UK · Grid capacity
The scarce input is no longer the chip.
It is the connection.

An Irish Examiner editorial points to a hard political fact: in an Ipsos B&A poll, 61% of Irish voters said data-centre construction should stop for now. Behind the mood are hard numbers. Data centres used 7,663 GWh in 2025, 23% of Ireland's metered electricity. In AI infrastructure, the scarce input is no longer the chip. It is the grid connection.

The Future of AI Infrastructure Isn’t Bigger GPU Clusters. It’s Low-Entropy Meaning.

Many ways of writing one event, reduced to one meaning

Operations teams store, search and pay for the same event written a hundred different ways. GlyphAI stores the meaning once and counts it. On repetitive logs that saves space and, more importantly, attention. Here is what the approach does, what we measured, and what it does not do.

AI equipment supply chain: verifying the carrier and the cargo

Cargo-risk firm Overhaul says more than $150 million of AI equipment has been stolen this year, and that deception featured in 92% of thefts of high-value technology shipments. No lock is broken. A forged identity is simply believed.

“200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation.”

Neocloud consolidation and the secondary GPU market

Elon Musk predicts that most of the 200-plus neoclouds will fold or be absorbed as debt markets close to them. If he is even partly right, a lot of used GPUs are coming to market. The question for buyers is what comes with them besides a serial number and a price.

H100 rental prices are up 44% since last December, for a generation that would normally be getting cheaper. Rental markets quote a model and an hour. As Hopper cards move into the resale market, the price will also have to reflect what each card has been through.

20 of 720 GPUs went offline without warning. The remedy was a discount at the end of the contract.

20 of 720 GPUs offline: health history versus a discount

20 of 720 GPUs in a single deployment went offline without warning. The answer was a service-loss discount, negotiated at the end of the contract. Not an explanation.

Ireland’s data-centre debate is measured in megawatts and years. It should also be measured in what each megawatt does.

London Cloud Outage: Thousands of machines write the same error. The answer is in the ones that went silent.

A cloud region outage: thousands of identical errors and a few rare signals

A cloud region stumbles at 7 a.m. London time, and banks, parcels and post feel it. The interesting part is not the outage. It is the hour after, when thousands of machines have written the same error and the answer hides in the few that wrote something else, or nothing at all.

23,040 GPUs. A Grid Date in the 2030s

GPUs waiting for a grid connection

Microsoft has reportedly walked away from a UK site designed for 23,040 Nvidia GB300 GPUs, where the power may not arrive until the 2030s. A GPU waiting years for a socket is not infrastructure. It is inventory.
