Raw GPU logs are linguistic noise. When scaling AI clusters, vendor dialects (NVIDIA Xid, IPMI SEL, DCGM) turn into chaos, obstructing objective hardware evaluation.
The instantiation at https://gpu.glyphai.ie/ functions as a Tier 2 MVP manifestation of the GlyphAI framework applied to hardware cluster telemetry. Its ontological function is the transformation of raw, unstructured GPU logs (H100/H200) into deterministic semantic health assessments (Health Score), eliminating information asymmetry in the secondary market for hardware assets.
The architecture of the semantic transformation pipeline operates in 3 steps:
- Localised Ingestion & Data Minimisation
An open-source, read-only collector extracts telemetry (BMC, kernel, DCGM, PCIe) within a secure perimeter. Critical identifiers (hostname, IP, MAC, serial numbers) are masked on the client side prior to archive generation. Raw text is guaranteed never to leave the local environment. - Semantic Translation (Decoder Separation)
Vendor dialects are parsed and mapped to invariant semantic atoms and ontological relations via strict Codebook v0.2.1 rules. The surface form of the logs is discarded at the architectural level. The transformation is deliberately many-to-one, rendering the reverse reconstruction of raw text mathematically impossible. - Deterministic Scoring
The system computes the final Health Score (0–100%) as a rigorous mathematical function of the retained concepts and their penalty weights, taking into account hard caps (e.g., Xid 48, spare row depletion, failed matrix-math Tensor Core diagnostics). The pipeline outputs a verifiable evaluation report with a distinct tier band (Excellent, Good, Caution, Do not sell).
As a result, transaction counterparties operate on a unified, quantified proof of asset condition without ever needing to transmit, store, or interpret sensitive, raw textual log entries.
